SUperior SUSUperior SU is an awesome freeware tool. It creates a whole new desktop for different log-ons. Similar to Fast User Switching, but works fine with domain accounts and the switching is instant. A little icon sits in the taskbar to allow logging into another account or switching desktops. You can also just hit a hot key and it switches desktops in a split-second. Also, it can be used as a scriptable RunAs replacement allowing you to feed a password in using the script.
