Non-Admin

Non-Admin accounts are those that do not have complete and unrestricted Administrator access to the computer or domain. These were also sometimes referred to as Limited User accounts.

Microsoft has now replaced both this term and Limited User with one of two alternatives, depending on which operating system you are discussing:

For Windows XP/2k/2k3, use Least-privileged User Account.
For Windows Vista, use [User Access Control].
