Branding Explorer

Branding Explorer is a batch file that causes Internet Explorer (and by extension, Explorer) to show your current privilege level - if you're running as Administrator the toolbar background is yellow. It was written by Per Østergaard, and you can download it from his blog post "Branding Explorer running as admin account #2".

It serves the same purpose as PrivBar, but doesn't require an extra toolbar.
