But as of 27-07you can still download from another German site: http://www.netzwelt.de search for "AdminToolsLauncher" which lets you download http://www.stackenbloggen.de/content/binary/AdminToolsLauncher_1.0.6.0.msi

(A search on www.stackenbloggen.de does not find it... do not know if this is broken search, or if version 1.0.6.0 dated 27-06-2008 is the last version and it is no longer being developed. It had quite a nice GUI, so if no longer maintained, I'm looking for recommended alternative(s) that are maintained.
